Hampton By Hilton Vienna Messe Hotel

The hotel seemed fresh at first glance, but that annoying noise from the AC kept me awake all night. They didn't inform us about the taxi payment until the last minute. Not to mention, I expected a complimentary upgrade since my stay was obviously special! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

A very enjoyable stay for a business trip. Immaculately clean hotel, unbeatable location to the Center of Vienna, marvellous breakfast. The breakfast with many of varations. Lovely looking room with great-sized bathroom and down pillows. Location next to Prater and U-bahn, and the nearby park.

The staff were all excellent and the breakfast was astonishing with many of varations.

I was also frustrated with the parking situation. Not only was it expensive, but the costs added up quickly if you needed in and out privileges. I found the lack of a late-night dining option to be quite limiting, especially in a city with such diverse culinary offerings.

Modern hotel with spacious Queen Room. Enjoyed the comfortable seating area and the large bed. Breakfast had a fabulous selection with gluten-free options, definitely a highlight of my stay. The staff were genuinely helpful, ready to assist with any requests. The location, very close to Prater Park, made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The Wi-Fi worked well, awesome for smooth browsing. The air conditioning was annoyingly loud at times, which disrupted sleep. I also missed having a refrigerator in the room for my drinks. A late-night snack option in the hotel would have been ideal, especially after a long day out. Parking fees were on the pricey side, considering the overall comfort. Lastly, the lack of variety in English channels was a bit disappointing.

Very spacious Queen Room with a comfy seating area. The breakfast selection was good, with everything needed in the bathroom. The staff were helpful, and it was just a short 4-minute walk to the subway. I appreciated the availability of basic items for purchase at the reception.
